The whole year round, Saint Tropez Villas takes care of the daily business concerning your villa. Because of the professional network Saint Tropez Villas has been able to put together over the years, you are certain that your villa is taken care of by professionals. Our team makes sure you feel at home from the very first moment without having to take care of everything yourself first.
Saint Tropez Villa Management:

Our management service consists of 1 or more extensive and thorough visits per month in and around your property. We check your villa for:

• Pests, leakage, storm damage and in case of emergencies, such as burglary, we will directly inform you.
• Emptying the mailbox (mail can be forwarded)
• Airing the house
• Pool maintenance
• Gardening maintenance
• Specific requirements

We will send you an e-mail report directly after our visit so you will be well informed about the state of your property

Saint Tropez Villa’s takes also care of a comfortable arrival by organising:

• The transport from the airport to your home (car rental / driver)
• The cleaning and airing of your villa
• A well-stocked fridge (you can send us an email with a grocery list)
• In case of a late arrival we will turn on the lights in the house and in the garden
• Finding a nanny (STV works since years with the same nanny’s and babysitters)
• Booking of restaurants / private beaches / night clubs
• Staff (cook, bodyguard etc.)
• The cleaning after your departure and closing down of your villa (Alarm, closing the blinds, covering up the swimming pool etc.)

Saint Tropez Villa’s has built up an extinctive net work during the last 10 years, and with this package you will have directly acces to it.

We offer you this Service-package for € 7.200, - VAT incl. per year.
