ADAR LUXE: Europ cover against problems and their consequences, for High End seasonal rentals up to 3 months:

Is there a minimum of rent in order to subscribe Adar Luxe?

Adar Luxe : Yes, the rent must be in a minimum of 3 000 euros.

There are several people going on the trip, do we have to take out insurance for each person or is it calculated on the rent?

Adar Luxe : The insurance for this is calculated on the total amount of the rental. The others participants have to be mentioned on the formulary.

In the event of cancellation, is my down payment covered?

Adar Luxe : During an unexpected event insured by the contract, we will reimburse the expenses cancellation according to the General Terms and condition of the real estate agency.

And if I’ve paid the entire amount of the rental as the General Terms and Condition notified it?

Adar Luxe : We will reimburse you for all the amounts paid to the owner in the limit of 50 000 euros with a deductible of 30 euros by insured party.

There are several families going on the trip. If one of the families cancels, what happens?

Adar Luxe : If the rental concerns several families, each one is covered for their share. The rental is not cancelled in this case; the insurance indemnity concerns the mathematical share of the family in question.

Does the insurance cover personal items?

Adar Luxe : No.

If There is a flood, fire, are we covered for the damages caused to the building?

Adar Luxe : Yes, in a limit of 4 500 000 euros, without deductible.

Am I covered if I damage the furniture on the accommodation?

Adar Luxe : Yes, in a limit of 16 000 euros, with a deductible of 75 euros

The period of time for subscribing is now over. Can I still take out insurance?

Adar Luxe : Yes, but you will be covered only for Tenant’s liability (not cancellation and interruption)
